Short.io provides URL shortening, custom domain management, link analytics, QR code generation, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Short.io to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or illegal content
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls

5. Links and Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Short.io a limited license to host, process, and display links and metadata solely to operate the Service. We may remove links that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

Short.io, its logos, and the Service are owned by Short.io and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Short.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
